Le Petit Brekkie is excited to announce that our guest chef for January will be Mindy Woods, a proud Bundjalung women of Widjabul Wia-bul clan, Mindy is the founder and owner of Byron culinary institution Karkalla

Passionate and proud of her indigenous heritage, Mindy incorporates locally sourced, seasonal produc and native indigenous ingredients into every delicious recipe she creates and this's Le Petit Brekkie collaboration is no different. Inspired by the Australian landscape and the best-selling luxury breakfasts that keep locals and visitors alike flocking, this month's brekkie will be heartwarming and delicious with a native twist.
